2 arrested in connection with Manchester graduation party shooting; police working to identify third suspect MANCHESTER, N.H. —

Police arrested two men in connection with a quadruple shooting at a graduation party Saturday in Manchester and are working to identify a third person in relation to the incident.

The victims – two men and two women in their 20s – are all expected to survive after they were struck by gunfire at the party on Ahern Street.


Police said Emmanuel Sayle, 21, and Griffin O'Neil, 20, both of Manchester, were arrested in connection to the shooting.

Sayle is facing charges of felony reckless conduct, convicted felon in possession of a firearm and has a parole hold, according to police.

O'Neil is facing charges of being an accomplice to the reckless conduct, convicted felon in possession of a firearm and also has a parole hold.

Police said that two men approached a party on Ahern and O'Malley streets Saturday afternoon while wearing hoods and covering their faces, when at least one of them opened fire.

Police said the two men were seen leaving the area in a white SUV, which has been identified and found.

Police are working to identify a third person in a black hooded sweatshirt.
