This century-old school was assessed at $37,600 and just sold for 19 times that. The old St. Patrick's School building on the west side of Saint John closed in 2014 because of structural problems. It just sold for 2,000 per cent more than it did in 2016. No information was mentioned on the buyer but the development will be residential and commercial! The property was sold for close to 3/4 of a million dollars!
