FOG BLOG RIVERWATCH LOG: REPORT ON SAINT JOHN RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES!
UP TO THE NORTH OF THE PROVINCE THE WATER LEVELS ARE PRETTY NORMAL AND WHERE THERE WAS EXTENSIVE FLOODING A FEW YEARS AGO, GOOD NEWS IN THE PERTH-ANDOVER AREA, WATER LEVELS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. FURTHER DOWN THERE ARE AREAS THAT HAVE WATER RISING OVER THE GRASS AND SMALLER ROADS BUT NO EXTENSIVE FLOODING YET IN THE FREDERICTON AREA. OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS THE LEVEL IS EXPECTED TO CREST AT 6.6 M , A LITTLE OVER FLOOD STAGE AND WILL FLOOD A BIT BUT WITH THE WEATHER BEING DRY A LOT WILL HELP KEEP FLOODING TO A MINIMUM! AROUND JEMSEG AND GAGETOWN THE LEVELS WILL BE AROUND 4.6 M AND MINOR FLOODING IS REPORTED NORTH OF SAINT JOHN AND SOUTH BAY NB!
