FOG BLOG RIDICULOG: BENEFITS GONE, NO HELP FROM GOVERNMENTS OVER HIGH COST OF LIVING!

Mom just had her income tax done. With huge hikes in living, food, gas etc. what do they take away from low income individuals , families and seniors, the measly at best $100. power benefit. It wasn't much but Blaine Higgs made sure that didn't continue and so it disappears folks!! What your gov't is doing or should I say not doing to help you out in these trying times!!!! Recently Prime Minister Trudeau said that the government can't afford to keep handing out money. I guess he says it as it is with no feeling. Everyone is feeling the pinch and especially low income families, individuals and seniors. People on fixed incomes the cost of living increases is hardly enough to pay for a loaf of bread. The government wants to help. Maybe do something about gas and diesel. Diesel is the primary reason everything else is going up. Just today I calculated that the No Name peperoni or sausage chub went up by 60 per cent since the start of the pandemic. Milk has gone up 20 per cent and there are some examples in the store that are up by over 100 per cent. Is there an end in sight? Premier Higgs doesn't want to tackle the problem of runaway rental prices in the province. It's about time our governments stand behind us, more individuals are relying on credit to live. Time to get relief before we head into a recession or depression in our economy!!
