HALIFAX -- Fredericton police say they have arrested a 13-year-old in connection with an incident at Regent Mall on Saturday. The 13-year-old boy, who cannot be identified due to his age, was released from police custody and will appear in Youth Justice Court in September to answer to a charge of pointing a firearm....HE HAD A REPLICA GUN THAT FIRES BBs.....UNDER THE LAW THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE CHARGEAB LE OFFENCE BETWEEN A REPLICA OR THE GENUINE ARTICLE!
