Fog Blog Ridiculog: Saint John...Save Disabled Parking For The Disabled:

I HAVE BROUGHT THIS TO THE FOREFRONT BEFORE!......I UNDERSTAND , WHEN YOU HAVE A DISABLED PARKING TAG IN YOUR CAR....THAT ENTITLES YOU TO THE SPOT! MY BEEF AND I SAW THIS RECENTLY AT THE LANCASTER MALL......A PERSON GOT OUT OF A CAR WITH A TAG ON THE VISOR PUT DOWN.....A PERSON WITH A CANE AND A LIMP CAME OUT.....PROBLEM ......NO DISABLED SPOTS AVAILABLE! JUST BEFORE THAT A WOMAN GOT OUT OF A CAR IN ONE OF THE CLOSEST DISABLED SPOTS TO WALLMART .....WALKED WITH NO LIMP AND WALKED FAST OVER TO THE STORE! MY PROBLEM IS....YOU SHOULDN'T USE THE DISABLED SPOTS EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE TAG IF YOU ARE NOT THE ONE DISABLED! You don't need the spot , park in a regular spot and leave the disabled spot for those who really need it! Someone who has to park farther out in order to get to the store and someone parks in a disabled spot who doesn't need, it the disabled person might strain themselves getting to the store because of the distance they need to wheel themselves, or walk with a cane, in order to reach the store they are going to. Saint John and other places.....let's be decent like we are supposed to be and yield to those who are really disabled!
