IT'S UNDERSTANDABLE THAT OUT OF TOWN HERITAGE PROPERTY OWNERS LET OUR SAINT JOHN HISTORIC PROPERTIES GO INTO A STATE OF DISREPAIR , ITS SAD BUT IT GOES ON THAT WAY....BUT WAIT A MINUTE!! THIS IS JD IRVING WE'RE TALKING ABOUT......LOOK AT THE PHOTO! THIS IS IN THE HISTORIC UPTOWN HERITAGE DISTRICT......THIS HOUSE LOOKS NICE AND IS HERITAGE ........YOU KNOW IRVING HAS DONE NICE THINGS FOR SAINT JOHN AND IS A GOOD EMPLOYER FOR THE CITY, BUT THIS SICKENS ME! Irving has no plans to fix or renovate , it used to have units rented out! Irving has money to do this and has no plans to fix or sell and this beautiful property may go like so many others.....under the wrecking ball. Come on Irving get with it.....put in at least a bit of money to fix it up......rent it out to entrepreneurs maybe to liven the uptown more! Just an idea....hate to see this gem like all the others...... on the next Ridiculog being torn down!!
