LIKE THIS PHOTO SHOWS , THE PROPERTY CLOSE TO OLSON'S STORE ALONG LANCASTER AVENUE HAS BEEN GIVEN NOTICE BY THE CITY A FEW TIMES NOW TO CLEAN UP THE PROPERTY AND BUILD THE REST OF THEIR TOWN HOUSES IN ORDER TO MAKE IT NOT SUCH AN UNSIGHTLY SIGHT! AS YOU CAN SEE NOT MUCH HAS BEEN DONE. THERE ARE RESIDENTS WHO BOUGHT AND ARE NOW LIVING THERE. I wonder what they are thinking about how neglected the rest of the property looks. Time moves on and if one of them were to sell, the look of this development would under value the property. More should be done to finish what they have started.....this would encourage more to buy there and it would increase revenue for the owners , higher value for potential sales , if owners want to sell and it would beautify the area and be a win- win for all. Let's do something here and keep this story from returning to the .....Ridiculog!
