HOW IS IT THAT A MURDERER GETS TO ROAM THE STREETS OF UPTOWN SAINT JOHN NB WITHOUT JUSTICE BEING SERVED??! BACK IN THE EARLY 2000'S CARMEN TESSIER WAS CHARGED WITH 2ND DEGREE MURDER IN REGARDS TO THE DEATH OF BRENDA COSGROVE 10 YEARS EARLIER. CARMEN TESSIER WAS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING FIRE TO MY FAMILY'S GARAGE ON MILFORD ROAD WITH THE INTENT OF KILLING ALL OCCUPANTS IN THE HOUSE IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE ACTIONS OF A NEIGHBOUR COMING HOME FROM WORK AND CALLED 911! BRENDA COSGROVE'S BODY WAS CUT UP AND BURNED AND FOUND IN A BARREL.....THE COSGROVE FAMILY NEEDS JUSTICE FOR BRENDA!!.......There apparently was evidence that was a shoe in for convicting Tessier but the conviction was overturned by the court and he was free to roam uptown Saint John. In regards to the arson....he had help probably from my uncle's ex placing flammable material in the right spots to ignite and burn. Apparently he came in and set it on fire late that night... . The garage and contents were a loss and the year or so in jail for Tessier was no justice for my Aunt and Uncle. In my book this piece of human filth needs to face justice for the murder.....again they had the evidence to put him away but was thrown out.....rumour has it that there is new evidence in the wings so look out Carmen .....your day is coming on the next Ridiculog in the series!!!
