THIS WEEK ON THE RIDICULOG ITS THE ALL FAMILIAR STORY...ANOTHER SCHOOL SHOOTING....BELOW IS THE DETAILS ON IT FOLLOWED BY MY COMMENTS!......Dimitrios Pagourtzis, the suspect in the mass shooting at a Texas high school that left 10 people dead, was denied bail after he was charged with capital murder and aggravated assault on a public servant. He was not asked to enter a plea during his initial appearance in a Galveston County court house.[Previous story, published at 6:51 p.m. ET]Ten people were killed and 10 others were wounded Friday morning by a teenager with a shotgun and a revolver at a high school in the southeastern Texas city of Santa Fe, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said.Authorities have said two people have been detained in the shooting at Santa Fe High School. The Galveston County Sheriff's Office identified the shooter as Dimitrios Pagourtzis, who is 17.... from the Galveston County Sheriff's Office.He is in jail, accused of capital murder, the sheriff's office said. Nine students and one teacher died, a law enforcement official told CNN.The alleged shooter used a shotgun and a .38 revolver that were legally owned by his father, Abbott told reporters. Two school resource officers were on the campus and confronted the shooter "early on in the process," Abbott said. After the Parkland School shooting and the students going on TV requesting change in gun laws .....the time is now for change...My recommendation is with a magnitude of shootings like this....any guns legally owned by the perp or family are discarded because when the accused gets out of jail, the risk is that he or she can live at home and to lower the risk....he or she should not have access to guns....also legal age should be raised every where to 21! The background checks should be more thorough and waiting periods raised! Lastly when a check shows mental illness ......no guns should be allowed to be purchased! Time for change! Schools, workplaces , malls etc need to be safe places!!
