F.A.A. ORDERS EMERGENCY INSPECTIONS AFTER DEADLY EXPLOSION OF ONE OF THE SOUTHWEST AIRLINES PLANE'S ENGINES EXPLODED , SPRAYING SHRAPNEL ALL OVER AND HITTING ONE OF THE WINDOWS LEADING TO IT BREAKING AND PARTIALLY SUCKING OUT AND KILLING ITS PASSENGER AT THAT WINDOW SEAT!.....A Wells Fargo bank executive flying out of New York was killed Tuesday afternoon after an engine of the plane she was in exploded in midair, spraying shrapnel at the fuselage and blowing out one of the aircraft's windows.Jennifer Riordan, 43, a married mother of two who was the vice president of communications for the bank in Albuquerque, was hit by the shrapnel and died after she was taken to the hospital after the crippled plane made an emergency landing at Philadelphia Airport shortly after takeoff from LaGuardia Airport, officials said.She was the first passenger killed in a U.S. airline accident since 2009.
