Canada claimed its 27th medal thanks to Osmond’s bronze in the women’s free-skate competition. Canada’s previous medal record of 26 was set on home soil eight years ago .Kaetlyn Osmond captured the bronze medal women’s figure skating with a combined score of 231.02. Kelsey Serwa and Brittany Phelan took home gold and silver in the women’s ski-cross event. The pair took the one-two spots ahead of Fanny Smith of Switzerland who finished third for the bronze medal.
