IN OUR BUSY WORLD AND WITH MORE AND MORE PEOPLE WANTING TO HOOK UP TO THE INTERNET AND BUNDLE SERVICES......THE SERVICE PROVIDERS IN CANADA ARE KEPT HOPPING...ESPECIALLY WITH THE FESTIVE SEASON UNDERWAY! It is very frustrating for customers to have to wait multiple days for hook up with people having to wait all day and everyone is busy! My mother's friend recently waited for her son's tv, pnone and internet to be hooked up here in Saint John. He had to work but she was able to wait for the service man to come! She had an appointment on the first day and had to reschedule when it was apparent the service person wasn't showing up. She did this for another 2 days and still has not been hooked up. The appointment was for Tuesday and now has to wait till Monday of this coming week! The couple next door had their cordless phone with their cable provider and had a modem for their internet and phone. The customers had to wait 3 days and use our phone in order to call the provider to find out why they didn't send out a service man to fix the modem! I know life is busy but making customers wait a number of days without essential services is ridiculous. There has to be a better way ! I know you can wait all day from 9-4 for the serviceman to show up but show up that day! Showing up on this ridiculog is not good for the bottom line!
