TIME FOR FESTIVE FUN AS THE ANNUAL SAINT JOHN AND AREA PARADES GET UNDER WAY OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS! THE FOLLOWING IS A RETROSPECT OF THE ROUTE AND SPONSORS OF THE PARADE.....THE 65TH ANNUAL UPTOWN SAINT JOHN SANTA CLAUS PARADE!........At 6pm on Saturday, November 18th the 65th Annual Greater Saint John’s Santa Claus Parade will begin it's march throughout the city streets. For the 15th year in a row Uptown Saint John Inc. and the parade organizing committee are energized to present the best parade ever! The parade route starts at the corner of Crown & Union streets and continues along it's traditional route to Lansdowne Place in the North End. The parade route is lined by over 65,000 people providing joy to so many families from our region along with the thousands of visitors that come to Saint John for the Parade. This captive audience of consists of a wide variety of people drawn to the parade by its diversity and glowing reputation. We invite you to participate with entries in the Parade, and to choose a sponsorship category that matches your marketing exposure needs and budget. On Nov. 25th its the 13th annual Lancaster Santa Claus parade!.....Parade Route: Starts on Street in front of Barnhill School Manawagonish Rd, Parade east to Main Street West, continuing east to Ready St(Shell Gas Station), turning South on Ready St. to the Catherwood, turning east on Catherwood to Fairville Blvd, ending at Various lots on the North Side of Fairville Blvd by the old Aquarius Pub location.The Saint John West Food Bank will be collecting donations of non perishable food items along the route.
