WE LEFT WEST BRANCH THIS MORNING, NICE TOWN WITH EVERY CONVENIENCE YOU WANT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE MOTEL AND THEN THERE ARE THE OUTLET STORES! WE HEADED SOUTH AND STOPPED AT BIG BOY IMLAY CITY FOR A REST AND A BITE! Next on to the Blue Water bridge from Port Huron to Sarnia On and now we are at the Comfort Inn in St. Thomas On. Nice little town and first time here. Very friendly at the Motel, nice clean room, part of the Choice chain! On the way we saw statues of mice eating their cheese in Pinconning Mi, they are avid cheese lovers there. Like West Branch, Pinconning , Standish and BayCity, great places with old heritage buildings! It is lovely to see the culture in these towns and cities and states, just like here in Canada, great places, unique things that make their area special!
