SOLAR ECLIPSE '17 WHICH IS ON MONDAY, WHAT WILL WE SEE IN CANADA.....Looks like almost full eclipse in Vancouver area......Prairies and Ontario will see 65- 80% coverage and Atlantic Canada will see over 60% coverage! Don't stare at it with the naked eye, sounds stupid but one of the last ones....a lady in Montreal stared at it for 5 mins straight and lost direct vision as her retina was burned! I made an eclipse viewer out of cardboard with a round hole on top to see it. The eclipse will be from about 1pm on the West Coast to nearly 4 pm in the Maritimes and 4'30 pm in Newfoundland and Labrador! The path of totality goes from nearly Vancouver and Victoria down in the States diagonally to Florida!
