Fog Blog Saint John Log:

A transport truck has flipped onto its side on the Catherwood Street exit heading eastbound and a woman had to be extricated from the cab of the truck.

CHSJ News has learned the truck was not carrying any dangerous goods, it was carrying paper products.

The Saint John fire department tells us that it seems the driver was travelling a bit fast and didn't negotiate the corner which is on the west side of the city. The woman is injured and was taken to hospital though the fire department doesn't know the extent of the injuries.

We're told a crane is going to have be brought in to right the transport truck and the onramp at exit 119 (Catherwood) going on to Highway 1 has been shut down going eastbound. According to the fire department, it will be shut down for a while. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the injured parties and the truck driver~!
