WICKED WEATHER THIS WAY COMES! A VIOLENT THUNDERSTORM HIT SAINT JOHN ON MONDAY! The storm started out up north with a few thunderstorms imbeded! When it got closer it lost steam and was mostly showers. The day was warm and humid lots of uneven heating of the landscape so when it hit down here it was full of boyant warm air and it rose up with the heavy cooler bay air....voila super cell! There was cloud rotation , I saw a funnel, hail, heavy rain, 100 km /hr gusts of wind , lots of lightening and thunder!
