SNOW CHOPPERS ARE BACK! I apologize if I'm addressing anyone who might be doing this and are offended. I call them that because when they shovel the snow onto the road, it looks all chopped up! I think it is time well spent if there is excess snow on the drive or sidewalk or walkway, something that impedes someone from getting around! In this case they are shoveling snow from the lawn or green strip between sidewalk and curb! Why are you wasting time and energy?? They have a white ball in the sky for that! With Spring here, the sun , rain and mild weather will take care of it. Recently our next door neighbour spent almost an hour shoveling snow off the front lawn to the road, from the back lawn he carried floats-full down his driveway to the road....really?! By doing nothing , our yard is almost clear front and back! Our neighbours across the street a couple of years ago almost broke their back by hauling large chunks of ice from the back yard to the road and threw it out to the street, cars had to avoid it, something wrong there! The lady beside them in the photo from 2 years ago shoveled snow for hours from her lawn to the road. I don't see the point in all this when nature will take care of it eventually!! Effort is better spent on more important things in my estimation, because the next time you chop, you will end up on the next Ridiculog!
