paying attention to their device. Recently , there is a lady that works at Saint John Energy, walks down our street almost every day and looks at her phone all the way. One day she walked out in front of us as I drove down the street and I had to stop suddenly!! You see this everywhere! I say , what is so important that you can't take 2 seconds away from the android phone to watch where you are going! You have no right going down a sidewalk or road, driving or walking and not paying attention! You are required to pay attention to the road while driving and same when walking across the street! Common sense if you are just walking on a sidewalk. Lets ramp up police patrols to catch the ones not obeying the laws regarding using a digital device while driving! Next time you get caught , maybe you might lose your licence or jail time, and a fine and will again land yourself on the next Ridiculog!
