MID WINTER HOLIDAY FOR MOST OF CANADA , BUT NOT HERE! With the Season of winter carnivals and so on there is not an official holiday between the Christmas holidays and Easter break! Some provinces decided to make a holiday in February to break this up. Most of Canada celebrating have it this coming Monday but BC celebrates it the 2nd Monday of the month. The provinces celebrating tomorrow are....Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario....these under Family Day. Nova Scotia has it as Heritage Day and PEI has Islander Day. Whatever you call it , it is a day for family to celebrate together. Outside of last minute legislation in Fredericton , Family Day in February will have to wait for another year to be celebrated here! The rest of Canada....have a great day, enjoy family!
