Justin Trudeau's first trip to Washington with new president Donald Trump in charge went quite well with smiles , handshakes and co-operation. Trump and Trudeau talk bridges not walls in day of meetings! They talked a lot about joint trade, jobs and infrastructure and faster moving borders~! They had a meeting in the oval office, lunch and press conference. NAFTA was a topic for the two looking at few changes that would affect Canada! Justin Trudeau pitched a joint US -Canada plan to advance women in the workplace and Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump's daughter wants to get involved! All in all a very productive day with what I call.....T and T tete a tete in Washington!
